A peek at Uraboku’s Art Book ‘Phosphor’ plus Snippets of Chapter 41b

Hotaru Odagiri’s illustrative art book for *Uragiri wa Boku no Namae wo Shitteiru* titled ‘PHOSPHOR‘ was released on 22-April (last month) and I had pre-ordered it way back in Dec of 2010. I received the art book nearly 2 weeks ago but was just to busy to gab about it. But since I’m in the mood to post again, I opt to share some preview teaser scans from the art book and of course, snippets of the latest chapter that was out in Asuka June edition as well.

I’m aware that some Uraboku fans had shared their own art book scans in the Uraboku LJ Community. Well, I just want to state that what I’m sharing here on tBPII and Aozora Dreams (my LJ site) are my own preview picks from ‘Phosphor’ and yes, they are my own scans…not some other people’s. Because it is a hardcover bound book, I skip the double-page images to avoid spoiling my lovely collectible book. I didn’t scan the set of trading cards since it is bothersome to do so. Besides, some others have already done that.

Anyway, I gotta say I love Odagiri-sensei’s illustrations. They are totally bishieliciously awesome, fangurlable and gorgeous. The quality of the print and arrangement are fab and I’m loving the selections of work she had chosen for ‘Phosphor’. They ranged from some of Odagiri-sensei’s earlier works up to the recent ones.  I like the way everything’s presented and laid out with a lot of thought going into it, especially the packaging. I dare say it’s better than the VK art book from Matsuri Hino. Aside from the trading cards extras, there’s also a special drama CD that came with it. It’s worth getting. No regrets! With that said, I have decided to include additional preview snips which are made available only on ‘Aozora Dreams‘, my LJ site. They are ‘Friend-locked’. Unless you are friends of Ayu’s or regular followers of tBPII, they are not viewable to you. I do detest peeps snatching scans, posting them on other image sharing sites w/o my permission and claiming credits for them. So please DO NOT do that!. You’re however, welcome to use the images for personal graphical works.

-CHAPTER 41b SNIPPETS-
Either this was yet another chapter numbering error (should be 42) or it’s part two of May Issue’s chapter 41 but hey, it’s still a new chapter. So I labeled it 41b instead. The chapter has got some funny, adorable, smexy interactions at the onsen among the Zweilts, Yuki and Luka. At the same time, there’s a trace of heavy atmosphere of what’s to come as well. On to the teasers from the chapter.

Some *bonding* time between Yuki and Sairi. Sairi is like the new guy in the Giou clan that appeared 4 chapters back. It’s the first time Yuki get to have a private moment with Sairi.

It’s cute to see Ria worrying about Sairi, her Zweilt partner.
