Mag-updates!
Another belated round-up and this time it’s from the May edition of Avarus.
The May cover spot featured the characters from Soumei Hoshino’s new manga ‘DOLCI‘
-DOLCI-
~Debut chapter with colour pages and snippets of the manga about a boy who takes up a part time work at a bakery.
-Vassalord-
~Snippets of Chapter 24. The manga is getting rather confusing and even a little boring with the ultra slow development. It doesn’t help matters when the manga seems to been on and off again. Do not like this arc with multiple Rayflo clones running around.
-Shiina-kun no Choujuu Hyakka-
~Chapter 7 teasers of this comical themed manga about vets. I’m enjoying it so far.
-TOXIC-
~Chapter 10 – wow oh wow. Dear Louis really oppose his father’s methods. Will he stop Loukas in his tracks? Oh the picture of the painting is revealed…guess what…ah well, better not spoil it. 
-Finlandia: Santa Yousei Gakkou-
~Chapter 5 – This manga is by Noguchi Mei. I don’t think I’ve introduce it before. Anyway, it’s a laid back read, slice of life shoujo tale about a Santa school.
-Dainashi-
~Another wacky comedy manga from Satogane Shou that is sometimes overly slapstick for my taste.
-Ayumu-kun no OO na Hibi-
~Chapter 7 – Does not really interest me much
-ILEGENES ~Giyoku no Symphony-
~Snippets of Chapter 6. This was quite an intense chapter where *someone’s* cover is blown and a familiar dark bishie appear at the end. Guess who he is? xD
-Donten ni Warau-
~Only the 3rd chapter and I find myself liking Kemuri Karakara’s new manga after Countdown:7 Days.
-Number-
~Snippets of Chapter 39. Tekirei saves Toneriko from Ageha and yay! they finally clash.
-Mikan-Jirou-
~Pretty pastel colour page. I’m not following this manga though.
-Familia-
~One shot manga by Hako. You can tell from the title that the story is sort of ‘mafia’ themed. I’ll be putting this one up on TZA along with another one shot from ASUKA in due course.
-Monochrome Factor-
~Chapter 63 – Wow, that Shirogane is an ass. Akira may sometimes be hot headed and stubborn but he’s definitely not living in the past even if he knew that a part of Ryuko’s memories remained with him. Shiro totally deserves being *falcon-punched*.
-CODA-
~Chapter 10. Muahaha, poor Haru being kick to the curb when Yuri’s overzealous fangirl came to see him, all that after his dad found out his secret part time activity…i.e cross-dressing as a ballet dancer. XD

Shiina-kun no Choujuu Hyakka: I was initially scrolling straight past it and then “How Amazing!” ::spittake:: The guy saying that reminds me of DRRR’s Shinra somehow.
Number: Interesting that Tekirai is still calling Riko “puppy”. ::snicker:: And I agree with Dorothy – where’d Akagane get to? o.o
Finlandia: Santa Yousei Gakkou seems to be cute, I like the style of the author! ♥
If Google Translator isn’t that bad, the next chapter of Number could be the last… I hope to see again Akagane, he’s in M.I.A.! >_> Tekirai that saves Toneriko… I hope he won’t die! >.>
Monochrome Factor chapter is epic! ♥ But… why Aya’s face has that expression in the last page? O_o This manga is awesome! ♥

Ya, Number is heading towards its climax. Time for it to end too seeing as that’s not much more to go on with the stories. I felt the characters didn’t have much background development and there are too many of them too.
